These Terms of Use apply to Vellio. By downloading or using Vellio, you agree to these terms.
Vellio is also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). These terms supplement that agreement. If they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law control.
1. The service
Vellio helps you organise gift cards, bills, membership cards and shopping receipts. Features may include iCloud syncing, reminders, backups, record sharing and optional subscription benefits. Features can depend on your device, operating system, Apple services and region.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting access to your devices and Apple Account, securing exported backups, and deciding whom you trust with shared records. Do not use Vellio for unlawful activity or to infringe another person’s rights.
3. Sensitive information and sharing
Gift card numbers, PINs, barcodes, receipts and photos may have financial or personal value. You accept the risks of storing and sharing them. Recipients may save shared information outside Vellio, and those copies cannot be remotely deleted.
4. iCloud and third-party services
Vellio relies on services supplied by Apple, including iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit and notifications. Website delivery is provided by Cloudflare. We do not control the availability, performance or policies of those services.
5. Subscriptions
Vellio may offer an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional capacity or features. The subscription name, duration and full price are shown before purchase using information supplied by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically under the terms shown by Apple.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect according to Apple’s rules and normally does not provide a refund for the current billing period. Restore Purchases is available in Vellio. Billing, refunds and purchase disputes are handled by Apple under its policies.
6. Free usage limits
Vellio may limit the number of gift cards, shopping receipts and membership cards available without a subscription. Current limits are displayed in the app and may include received shared items. Existing records will not be intentionally deleted merely because a limit is reached.
7. Backups and data loss
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups. Syncing and backups reduce risk but do not guarantee that data will never be delayed, corrupted or lost. Verify important information against the original card, bill, receipt or issuer record before relying on it.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We may update these terms, with the effective date identifying the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellio is provided “as is” and “as available”. Vellio is an organisational tool and does not issue, validate or guarantee gift cards, balances, bills, memberships, warranties or receipts.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, liability is limited as described in the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law.

1. 服务内容

2. 你的责任
你有责任确保所输入信息准确、保护设备和 Apple 账户、妥善保管导出的备份，并自行决定可以信任哪些共享对象。不得使用 Vellio 从事违法活动或侵犯他人权利。
3. 敏感信息与共享
礼品卡号、PIN 码、条码、收据和照片可能具有经济或个人价值。你接受保存和共享这些内容的相关风险。接收方可能在 Vellio 之外保存共享信息，这些副本无法远程删除。
4. iCloud 和第三方服务
Vellio 依赖 Apple 提供的服务，包括 iCloud、CloudKit、StoreKit 和通知服务。网站由 Cloudflare 提供内容传输服务。我们无法控制这些服务的可用性、性能或政策。
5. 订阅
Vellio 可能提供自动续订订阅，用于解锁额外容量或功能。购买前会使用 Apple 提供的信息显示订阅名称、周期和完整价格。费用从你的 Apple 账户中扣除；除非取消，否则订阅会按照 Apple 显示的条款自动续订。
你可以在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中管理或取消订阅。取消会按照 Apple 的规则生效，通常不会退还当前计费周期的费用。Vellio 提供“恢复购买”功能。账单、退款和购买争议由 Apple 根据其政策处理。
6. 免费使用额度
未订阅时，Vellio 可能限制礼品卡、购物收据和会员卡的数量。当前额度会在 App 中显示，并可能包含接收的共享项目。我们不会仅因为达到额度而故意删除已有记录。
7. 备份与数据丢失
你有责任保留适当的备份。同步和备份可以降低风险，但不能保证数据永远不会延迟、损坏或丢失。在依赖重要信息前，请与原始卡片、账单、收据或发行方记录进行核对。
8. 可用性与变更
在合理必要时，我们可能改进、变更、暂停或停止部分功能。我们也可能更新本条款，页面顶部的生效日期表示最新版本。更新后继续使用即表示接受修订后的条款。
9. 免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，Vellio 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。Vellio 是信息管理工具，不发行、验证或保证礼品卡、余额、账单、会员权益、保修或收据。
本条款不排除、限制或修改法律不允许排除的任何权利或救济，包括《澳大利亚消费者法》规定的适用权利。在这些权利的约束下，责任按照 Apple 标准 EULA 和适用法律的规定受到限制。
