1. Information you choose to store

Depending on the features you use, Vellio may store:

• gift card details, including merchant, card number, PIN, balance, currency, expiry date, notes and purchase information;
• bills, membership card details, barcodes, shopping receipts and invoice details;
• photos, receipt images and PDF documents you select or create; and
• preferences required to operate the app, such as language, sorting and reminder settings.

This content is entered or selected by you. Please avoid storing information you do not need.

2. Where app content is stored

Vellio uses Apple Core Data and CloudKit. App content is stored locally on your device and may sync through the private database of the iCloud account signed in on that device. Vellio does not operate a separate content server and cannot browse your private iCloud database.

Apple processes iCloud data under its own terms and privacy policy. iCloud availability and syncing are controlled by Apple and your device settings.

3. Sharing

If you choose to share a record, Vellio uses Apple CloudKit sharing. The selected content may become available to people who receive or join that share. Shared content can contain sensitive details, including card numbers, PINs, receipt information, membership numbers and photos.

Only share with people you trust. Recipients may copy, photograph, screenshot or otherwise save content. Stopping a share removes future CloudKit access, but removal from recipients’ devices depends on iCloud syncing and may not be immediate. Copies already made by recipients cannot be remotely deleted.

4. Device permissions

• Camera and photos: used only when you choose to add or capture an image.
• Notifications: used to deliver reminders you configure. Reminder scheduling occurs on your device.

You can change permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings. Some features may not work without their related permission.

5. Subscriptions

Optional subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. Apple processes payment information. Vellio receives StoreKit product and entitlement information needed to show prices and determine whether subscription features are active; we do not receive your full payment card details.

6. Backups

If you export a backup, Vellio creates a file containing the records and attachments included in the backup. You decide where that file is saved or sent. Exported backups are outside Vellio’s control, so protect them as you would the original records.

7. Website and support information

vellio.fyi is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit the website, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, device or browser information, timestamps and requested pages for delivery, reliability and security. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond. Do not send card numbers, PINs, barcodes, receipts, backups or other sensitive app content in support messages.

8. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The Vellio app does not include third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal information.

9. Retention and deletion

App content remains on your devices and in your iCloud account until you delete it or Apple removes it under your settings and policies. Removing the app may not remove data retained in iCloud. You can delete individual records in Vellio and manage iCloud through Apple’s settings and services.

Because we cannot access your private iCloud database, we cannot directly retrieve, correct or delete its content for you. Support emails are retained only as reasonably necessary to answer requests, maintain support records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

10. Children

Vellio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a Vellio-operated account or content server.

11. International processing

Apple and Cloudflare may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their policies and legal safeguards.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Vellio’s features, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.

3. 共享

如果你选择共享记录，Vellio 会使用 Apple CloudKit 共享。所选内容可能会提供给收到或加入该共享的人。共享内容可能包含卡号、PIN 码、收据信息、会员号和照片等敏感资料。

请只与可信任的人共享。接收方可能复制、拍照、截图或以其他方式保存内容。停止共享会撤销后续的 CloudKit 访问权限，但内容从接收方设备移除取决于 iCloud 同步，可能不会立即完成。接收方此前保存的副本无法远程删除。

4. 设备权限

• 相机和照片：仅在你选择添加或拍摄图片时使用。
• 通知：用于发送你设置的提醒；提醒在设备本地安排。

你可以在 iOS 或 iPadOS“设置”中更改权限。关闭相关权限后，部分功能可能无法使用。

5. 订阅

可选订阅通过 Apple 购买和管理。付款信息由 Apple 处理。Vellio 会获取 StoreKit 提供的产品和订阅权益信息，以显示价格并判断订阅功能是否有效；我们不会收到你的完整支付卡信息。

6. 备份

如果你导出备份，Vellio 会创建包含备份记录和附件的文件。你决定该文件保存或发送到哪里。导出的备份不再受 Vellio 控制，请像保护原始记录一样保护备份文件。

7. 网站和支持信息

vellio.fyi 由 Cloudflare 托管。访问网站时，Cloudflare 可能会为内容传输、可靠性和安全目的处理 IP 地址、设备或浏览器信息、时间戳和访问页面等技术请求信息。详情请参阅 Cloudflare 的隐私政策。

如果你发送支持邮件，我们会收到你的邮箱地址和邮件中包含的信息，以便回复。请勿在支持邮件中发送卡号、PIN 码、条码、收据、备份或其他敏感 App 内容。

8. 分析、广告和追踪

Vellio App 不包含第三方广告 SDK、跨 App 追踪或第三方分析 SDK。我们不会出售个人信息。

9. 保留与删除

App 内容会保留在你的设备和 iCloud 账户中，直到你删除它，或 Apple 根据你的设置和其政策将其移除。卸载 App 不一定会删除 iCloud 中保留的数据。你可以在 Vellio 中删除单条记录，并通过 Apple 的设置和服务管理 iCloud。

由于我们无法访问你的私人 iCloud 数据库，因此无法代你直接读取、更正或删除其中的内容。支持邮件仅在回复请求、保留必要支持记录、防止滥用及履行法律义务所需的合理期限内保留。

10. 儿童

Vellio 并非面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会通过 Vellio 运营的账户或内容服务器故意收集儿童个人信息。

11. 跨境处理

Apple 和 Cloudflare 可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理信息，并受其各自政策和法律保障约束。

12. 政策更新

当 Vellio 的功能、服务提供商或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。页面顶部的生效日期表示最新版本。
